Key Steps in Our Admissions Process

1. Explore Our Programs: Visit our website to learn about our diverse programs, which start with toddlers (18-36 months) and continue through secondary students (grade 7).

2. Schedule a Zoom Meet and Greet: Before we invite you to an Enrollment Tour of our campus and classrooms, we will have a 30-minute Zoom meet-and-greet. There is no need to prepare for this meeting, yet bring your questions. This Zoom Meet and Greet is for adults and babies in arms (infants).

   Please do not schedule an enrollment tour on campus without booking your Zoom meet & greet!

3. Schedule Enrollment Tour on Campus:

   • Experience our learning environment firsthand.

   • Tours happen November-April.

   • Enrollment tours happen most Mondays and Fridays starting at 9:30 am during the months of November through April.

   • When you Book your tour, you will receive more information.

   The Enrollment Tour consists of:

   1. A 30-minute walk around campus, both indoors and outdoors

   2. Observations in Classroom Environments

   3. Individual Parent Meetings

4. Application Submission: Fill out both the admission and financial aid applications to be considered for our sliding-scale tuition. Ensure you have your financial documents ready by February for re-enrollment and March for new enrollments to support a timely submission.

5. Student Visits: In the spring, a half-day to three-day visit is arranged depending on the child's age. Typically, kindergarten/5-year-olds enjoy a half-day visit, and elementary children stay for 1-3 days, depending on our guide's recommendations. This step helps us assess the student's learning needs and suitability for our Montessori environment. It is not required for toddlers.

Waitlist Notes:

At CMS, our waitlist is for children/students who have gone through the entire admission process (see steps 1-4 or 5 above) and have been accepted, yet we do not have an opening. If a spot opens, we will reach out to see if you are interested in taking the next enrollment step with us.

2. Re-enrollment window for current students starts

1. TADS FA Application to be completed for re-enrolling students
