Jonathan Wolff
(He/Him)
Montessori Consultant and Coach
With over 30 years of experience in leadership development as a Montessori educator and administrator, I am honored to contribute to the vibrant community at Catskill Montessori School. My background in consulting, training, speaking, and authoring has equipped me to provide retreats, workshops, and consultations for parents, educators, leaders, Boards of Directors, community organizations, and learning communities worldwide. I focus on creating best-practice leadership retreats and workshops that facilitate community building, strategic planning, and enhanced organizational effectiveness.
My educational journey began with a B.A. in Secondary Education from Temple University, where I started teaching at-risk youth in Philadelphia. Inspired by the Montessori philosophy, I studied under Mother Isabelle Eugenie, one of Dr. Maria Montessori’s first students, and earned my Early Childhood Credential through the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). I began my Montessori career at one of the first Head Start Montessori Centers in the United States. Throughout my career, I've applied Dr. Montessori’s educational principles to adult training, serving as a teacher trainer, director of education and training, and administrator for nationally recognized schools. These roles have given me a solid foundation in leading and managing rapidly growing for-profit and not-for-profit schools, educational institutions, and business organizations.
At Catskill Montessori School, I am dedicated to nurturing and developing the unique educational environment it embodies. I leverage my expertise in leadership development to enrich the community, support educators, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our programs. My commitment to the mission of Catskill Montessori School underscores my dedication to making an impactful contribution to our shared goals and the broader Montessori mission.
